Schitt’s Creek ending its hilarious run was mood-ruining enough without the skin-care collaboration it inspired — Rose Apothecary x Beekman 1802 — selling out faster than you can say “Ew, David.” But while the show may not be coming back, the limited-edition beauty collection is.
Originally launched (and tragically depleted) in January 2020, Beekman 1802’s Rose Apothecary collection was inspired by and named after the store owned by Schitt’s Creek characters David Rose (played by show creator Dan Levy) and his partner Patrick. And now, just in time to cross every fan of the show off your holiday shopping list, the collaboration is making a triumphant return with even more products.
Relaunching on Friday, November 20, is the supremely hydrating Lip Balm ($8) made with nourishing goat milk, the creamy Bar Soap ($15) that also relies on goat milk to impart moisture, and a Votive Candle ($16) that, like all of the other products in the collection, features an heirloom rose scent with green and woody notes.
New to the collection — at long last, a product to accompany the eternally quotable line, “What do we think body milk is if not milk for your body?” — is the Rose Apothecary Body Milk ($12), a goat-milk moisturizer that Beekman 1802 says is “as luxurious and rich as Alexis’s former lovers.” There’s also a new Votive Trio ($33) and a Rose Apothecary Gift Set ($38) with one of each item — a present you could say is truly a “branded immersive experience,” if you will.
The collection is sure to sell out again quickly — more than 45,000 people have signed up to be notified of the restock — so get yourself over to beekman1802.com before it’s gone and you’re left letting out a Moira-esque scream.
